The tips I could give are actually really simple.
Don’t eat anything advertised as “diet” or “healthy”Fresh fruits and veggies are your friends.Don’t forget to treat yourself once in a while.Work your entire body in the gym, not just “problem areas.”Strength training and cardio are equally as important.Eat a good breakfast every day.Don’t forget to give your body a break once in a while. Enjoy the journey!
