Work - Physical or mental effort or activity directed toward the production or accomplishment of something. Commit to it. 

Play - Engage in activity for enjoyment and recreation rather than a serious or practical purpose. Yea, you’re on a diet, a workout plan, insanity, p90x but sometimes you have to have fun with the new body you’re building. Don’t drive yourself insane

Fight - This is a one fight for what you want. You are done playing for now. It’s time to fight for what you want again.

Grow - To undergo natural development by increasing in size and changing physically. Also progress to maturity. Naturally! No cheating. 

Earn -To gain: success, reward, and recognition through applied effort or work. It is acquired or deserved by one’s actions. You’ll earn it. Trust us.

Feel - Give a sensation of a particular physical quality when touched. You ladies know you want to have a guy feel you the right way. YOU want to feel yourself in the right way. It’s your body. You earned it be proud of it.
